Ability to list "Four things to know" and jump directly to sections from the intro

Ability to import a list to apply to their style guide, rather than creating rules one-by-one.

To be able to click on an individual on my list and see how many times they’ve received the same issue

Ability to look at a contact profile and see their open/click activity (rather than going to individual sends)

Give customers the ability to set their own default permissions for new users.

It would be helpful to be able to search segments to remove emails as needed. I used to be able to search someone and delete them completely from a newsletter. Now if they are segmented I have to search and remove by hand from each segment.

Need more/better emojis/icons for general things like goals for example. Feel there is not the right variety.

We would like to easily sort the recipient by segment and status. And being able to select multiple recipients to make edits - add to a segment or delete from the recipient list.

Previously, when I'd enter an email address in a card... a hyperlink would automatically appear on my text with the " mailto:somebody@somewhere.org " Something changed recently and that no longer happens. It would be great to bring that back.

Please include personalization options where we can have an email address a recipient by name. Thanks!
