Back to top OR incorporate jump links into Intro card?

Thanks for getting the jump links implemented. A few fine-tuning thoughts...
Would it be possible to add a "back to top" link at the end of cards? If someone jumps to card 7 (for example), they would then need to scroll back up to read other articles. "Back to top" would be a great add, imo.
Would it be possible to incorporate the jump links card into the Introduction card? I've previously used that intro card to list the headlines. The "In this edition" card serves that purpose (which is great). Just wondering if the two could be combined?
Finally, would it be possible to add some formatting to the "In this edition" card? It feels a bit crowded without differentiated line spacing between headlines and/or bullets or numbers.
