It would be excellent to have a read rate: a metric about how long people are spending with the newsletter (how long was it open / 200 words per minute to read). Open rates are good, but they can be misleading if people just opened it but closed it quickly or left it open. A read rate would give us a better measure of success by letting us know if people are spending time with the content or just opening, skimming and clicking or closing. Thank you!
