We often have the need to send emails to specific individuals, outside of a specific segment. Currently, you can only select by Segment.

Example: We sent an email from our CEO to Canadian team members and needed to add select HR team members to the list. We used Segment "Canada" and realized we couldn't select individual names/emails. Our workaround was to add them to the Canada segment for this mailing. However, that is not a sustainable solution moving forward.
